Are there top deals to be had at the sound & vision shows?

I am planning to go to the Bristol Sound & Vision show in Feb for the first time next year and wondered if anyone with expierence can tell me if there are great deals to be made on the day?

I am looking to purchase a Denon 2310 Receiver & B&W 685 Theatre Speaker set up and was not sure whether to hold back and see if there was extra special deals on the day.

Manufacturers may have deals a shows if they have discontinued stock to clear - the products you mention are all current and not due to change. I've usually found that the deals at the show are the sort of deals you can get from dealers almost any time of the year.

On the contrary, manufacturers and the organising retailers do have special deals on current products at the shows, though it's impossible to predict what they will be this far in advance.
