Hi all

Has anyone personally heard these speakers? Im interested in a pair but hard to audition because they are mail order only speakers

Just one thing worries me about them is there shocking 40W power handling, seems a little low to me...i dont listen to music at ear splitting volumes but its nice to crank it up now and then on certain tracks

"Compatible with amplifiers between 20 and 80 watts per channel", though TBH you won't do damage with a more powerful amp...

I was going to partner it with a Pioneer A-300R Precision, only 30W per channel im led to believe the amp is rated at, would this be ok?

Yes, should be fine. But in which case why is a 40W power handling 'shocking', when you're going to use them with a 30W amp?

You got me on that one lol...i suppose your used to seeing speakers that have a greater power handling and im just being cautious as i dont want to buy them and damage them, after reading the review i was impressed, im hoping they are a big improvement over my current B&W DM302's which have served me well for 10 years

No need to be cautious - the amp/speakers combination will work just fine.
