Arcaydis dm1 speakers

Hello there guys,please,can you help me?I did order Arcaydis DM1 speakers on 19 Jun 2014 and pay for them £310 via PayPal.I still waiting for them,but no speakers,no refund...nearly 2 years!!! I tried to call Mr.Alan,but phone number doesn't work,no email address.Please,any ideas what I need to do?Thanks again,Regards Emil.

They're now closed. Did you contact PayPal? If no joy, and if you're based in the UK, you can open a case at small claims court:
