Arcam Solo + Power Amp?

Hey, I've recently bought an Arcam solo - So far very impressed... I love the one box solution but i feel in the near future when i move into a bigger room for my listening pleasure i would need a bit more boot behind my sound. I spoke to a guy in my local Sevonoaks and he said Arcam do many an Amp that would compliment the solo and help drive my MA RS6's better (Using QED XT Anniversary + Airloc Plugs) ... Was just wondering if anyone could suggest which would be a suitable upgrade? I'm relatively noobie in the hi-fi field, so please be gentle on me P Regards - Anthony

Don't bother, buy a two / three box solution if unhappy with performance in a larger room. I'm sure ARCAM will be more than happy to remove your money from your wallet. It's a one box solution (as good as it is) for a reason. That's the fun of hifi!

Roksan's Kandy LIII power amp (£600) picked up a good review in another magazine and works well with other pre-amps apparently. Maybe worth a wee audition there?

As always listen to one at your local dealer and see if you think it makes a diffrence yourself. I use two Rotel power amps and like the difference they make to my setup.
