Arcam FMJ A19 no ground?

Hi - I have a borrowed Arcam FMJ A19 and the power input only has 2 pins (i.e. is missing the 3rd middle pin). I'm UK based, where I assumed we always had the ground connected. Is this normal/standard? Are there any implications of this in a hifi context?

You can check by finding the little symbol of one square within another. One advantage is a reduced likelihood of an earth loop.
