hello everyone!

I wonder what those who know this world of hifi what they think the combination of AMP fmj A18 with the monitor audio rx6.

has anyone heard them personally?

will be able to get the best perfomance of them?

the 50w power will be sufficient to make the speakers to "sing" without problems?

the
reader is perhaps the CDP17, but will be open to other suggestions that
your view and experience have a better synergy and results.

Thank you all in advance.

The A18 will drive the RXs fine, and a good 50 watts is fine withem. You could also look at the Rotel RA06se (or RA1520), Rega Mira 3, and Naim Nait 5i.

To get the most from the RX6's, I'd say amplifier around the £1,000 mark will do a better job, something like the Primare i21 or Arcam A28. If you can stretch to it, the Naim Nait XS is well worth trying out.

Joking apart, look at Roksan Kandy as a minimum and then explore Naim, Rotels, Nads. As David mentioned, although the Arc is good for the money (and will power the RX6's, unless you live in a converted barn), but to maximize the MA's look at Rotel and Roksan as a starting point.

thanks for help everyone!

roksan K2 (new) or the older L.III (or MKIII) i think?

regards

I loved the Monitor Audio rx6 with the Marantz pm8003, is not very expensive too.
