Has anyone here dealt with Arcam support via email before?

I sent an support information request on the 7th Jan and 6 working days later still no reply.

Just wondered if that's to be expected?

Hi Vimeous

I have previously experienced a similar delay. I sent an e-mail regarding a CD player upgrade and i think it took approx 3 weeks before i got a response. I also made a phone call regarding this and spoke to a fairly unhelpful woman! I would give it a few more days and call them if you have not had a reply.
 
I have had the same, it's not a strength of theirs answering emails and needs to be improved.
 
Please bear in mind they're a pretty small British company, who are at the moment sorting out the launch of a few new products, gearing up for shows, and recovering from Christmas. Also, as I've found out recently, many e-mails find themselves lost forever in the dank darkness that is the spam filter.

It's worth following up an e-mail with a phone call a day or so later, just to confirm they've received it.

As you say Frank they're a small company so I'm happy to be a little more patient. It's seems my experience is normal so I'll give them a call next week.
