Anyone listened to Audiozone amps?

I'm thinking about trying to hunt down the monoblocks following positive comments and reviews I've heard - wondered if anyone has encountered the amp 1 or monoblocks - cheers!

No, but I got very excited about the passive pre/monoblock set up (typically) just after buying quad. The Pre T1 and Amp 2 blocks got some seriously good press although the amps are only 50W.

Theres also a D2 monoblock - much more powerful. If you decide to look at any second hand kit just be aware that the pre T1/Amp 2 combo had two versions. The first one is a bit basic aesthetically with an acrilyic pre amp body and blocks with both switching and power input on the front. The MK 2 is much prettier.

Jordans Acoustic will let you have a home demo on them.

I know few people that used them but never heard the amp myself, suppose to be sonic excellent...fast and suited to rock music.

Thanks for the feedback - I think I'll get in contact with Jordan acoustics tomorrowow about them. I've heard that because of the simplicity of the design they're just really transparent, but not in a way which robs but enriches musicality. They're obviously tiny amps, but are said to be more powerful than their size suggests!
