Anyone found out if you can force 3D ?

Did anyone ever find out if you can force 3D through the amps yet?

Pioneer mentioned something about it, but never got around to calling them.

I was told the same when i purchased my SC-LX82 from Sevenoak's, but at that time i did not pay much attention because i was not interested in 3D at the time.

It would seem logical if you turned off all of the video processing and just passed the video signal through?
