Any Samsung UE55C8000 Owners

I have purchased a Samsung UE55C8000 3d TV at a charity auction (under a little influence of drink). I would just like to know if anyone owns one and if they are any good. I was looking to buy a Panasonic VT20 50" 3d tv originally and i am not sure if i have done the right thing.

Hi Markpar, congratulations on your purchase , im sure it is a great cause !! I have the 46 " C8000 and have been delighted with it .

Superb picture quality all round and 3D is fun . As to wether it is better or worse than the 50" Panasonic VT20 im not so sure, but The sammy is by far better looking and as my wife says , Those extra couple of inches make all the difference ( 3D effect that is!!) .

How do you find the TV, the reason i was looking to originally buy a plasma was that i am led to believe the LCD is not very good with motion ie football. What do you think?
