Hello,

I own the Fluance RT85 turntable and the Diamond 12.3i speakers and have narrowed my amp search down to the following three products:
  1. Arcam A5+
  2. Marantz PM6007
  3. Yamaha A-S501
I am unable to find a location to hear these amplifiers, so I plan to purchase two of the above amplifiers, then decide which one would work best based on hearing them.

The room size is medium and I do not crank the volume up too high. My budget is about $1100 for the amplifier.
  1. Which two of the above amplifiers would provide the best phono stage?
  2. Which two of the above amplifiers would provide best overall sound match for these speakers?
Appreciate the feedback.

Hi, I recommend to include also Rega Brio either Mk6 (previous version) or new Brio Mk7 which include also very good Dac inside. Sonicaly mk7 is not so much better thanMk6, except Dac. All amps selected by you are very good, Yamaha is a looker. Arcam A5+ most potent and authoritative sound from the group. Marantz PM6007 is very musical but somehow sounding "nice and creamy", masking some details. Not so much fot audiophile type of listener. Rega has lot more energy, rythm and pace. And truly amazing phono MM preamp is inside Brio, by far best of all amps here in selection. All those amps will sound very good with your Diamond 12.3 speakers. They are easy to drive a not over detailed in treble. BR.

Welcome to the forum,
Unfortunately, if the Turntable is your only concern I would say neither.
Look at a pure amplifier that has money spent on a decent phono stage and doesn't have Bluetooth or digital inputs if they are not required.
