I've had several surgeries on my tongue including resections which have left most of it not being there. Siri gets me most of the time, I'm hoping this will be better but I won't know till I get one for a play.

Amazon Echo is more like a personal assistant rather than a streaming device. For example, you can ask it to play a particular song via Sonos, or you can ask weather forecast, or ask to put reminders in your calendar etc.
