I have just ordered an album from the much disregarded Scott Nangle (snvinyl.co.uk) purely because I cannot find it anywhere else. Has he perhaps improved?

I know others have had problems in the past, myself included, but he's got a wide selection of stuff, so I think you can relax, your LP will be with you within a few days if my experience is typical.

And I did notice that his Nagaoka carts and styli are cheaper than anywhere else, too.

I am concerned that you are the only person I know that has not had a problem with this guy. For something supposedly in stock I am still waiting six days later. He certainly doesn't have an Amazon turnaround.

I very much doubt he has many orders to deal with unlike Amazon. Will keep you posted.

I bought a couple of Nagaoka stylus guards, some MoFi sleeves, in addition to my LPs, all delivered within a few days of ordering, since Christmas. I had difficulty negotiating the actual payment process, but he sent an email, which was successful, so I'm happy to order from him again. Fingers crossed for your order.

Just thought I'd pose the question as it would appear GeoffreyW is the only one that appears to have........

Re my comment about ordering from him, have you confirmed that your payment has been accepted? I thought I'd paid, but then got a reminder email, which then actually made payment.

I have to say that there's a tremendous range of stock available, which made me wonder initially. Lots of LPs are pressed in Germany (at Pallas?), which may account for a delay?

I'm getting nervous, now.

I have an email with an order number and a line that says something along the lines of thanks for your payment.....

Doesn't matter where LP s pressed it appears obvious he doesn't hold any stock

I'll give it a while longer before cancelling payment.

I am aware of that Steve. Just couldn't find it anywhere else and thought I would see if they had improved any..... sounds like that's a big NO. ;-)
