Alternative to Brennan

HI there. Main amp is Fatman 452 tube amp. Looking for something similar to a Brennan to use as a database/cd player/ripper.

Any advice gratefully recieved

The B2 is an excellent device at reasonable cost. It does it's own thing in a fairly specific manner and if that suits your needs then it is hard to match at the price.

The next step is probably a Bluesound Vault at nearly double the price. Adds internet streaming and some extra functionality and arguably sound quality. Depends on your requirements.

Use the pre-outs and the Fatman as a power amp in either case.

Otherwise look for more computer based solutions such as Vortexbox.

It will do with an AudioQuest DragonFly connected to the USB output on the back - a few apps will control the Innuos directly and you can use it in exactly the same way as a stand alone streamer.
