Hi there, I have an Allen & Heath xone42 and it needs servicing as the sound is muffled - any suggestions of places to go to get it looked at please?

Have you tried them direct Rachel?
You can fill out a form on their website and they come back with an agent.

I've had a play with a Xone 464, very nice thing it was too.
On regular hi-fi, yours would be a rare symptom, but those things have 'muffling' as effects .
No doubt you've got all the filtering switched out?
