AKG K451 Cables

Hello, I am interested in buying the AKG K451 headphones but am sceptical regarding the quality of its poor detachable cables.

Read lots of reviews saying the bundled cables are so thin and flimsy and you need better quality more durable cables.

So am wanting to know what the best alternatives are that will fit these perfectly, preferably with right angled 3.5 mm jack on the end, cheers.

Buy them, i've been using mine for over half a year pluging and unpluging the cable almost everyday.

I wouldnt call that cable "poor" i dont think you have to worry about that.

+1 here also been using 451s (my wife) 450s (me), on holidays, planes, trains airports, had no problems at all. at leatst 2yrs abuse on my 450s and going strong, no issues.

+1 on both K450 and K451s. Stronger than they look.

I totally concur. For £50, these are great headphones.
