airfoil sound delay...

i don't have a hdtv or blu-ray player at the moment, so i've been watching alot of stuff on my laptop, youtube, google vid, some downloaded stuff, etc.

but when i stream the audio to my AEX it's understandably out of sync with the pictures, i'm writing this and thinking, nah, there's no way around that, is there? 🙂

ah, i can alter the sync in vlc player, so that sorts out movies.

can't see a way to do that on youtube though, unlikely there is one..

I asked this a while ago and, if I remember correctly, John Duncan answered that there's nothing you can do, because the delay is a feature of the Airport Express.

If you do find a solution, please let everyone know!

ah, shame, i would have given them the ten bucks, maybe they'll bring out a new one for windows soon..

i don't suppose there's a web browser that you can change the audio-video sync on?
