advice on new system

im looking to purchase the following system

integra dtr 30 polk audio tsi 500 fronts, tsi 100 surrounds , cs10 center

still in 2minds about denon 2310 and m/audio bronze 6 package

help from south africa we get nailed here need tomake right choice

Hi Im George and been over seas for a few yrs and taking my ssytem out of storage and looking to upgrade to digital..
Questions?
CAn i still utilize my old amp/ reciever its a Denon AVR 3805.
And my speakers are a set of Mordaunt short declaration 5.1 THX system
~IE MS 502 fronts,,
Can you sugest updgrades with using the old amp
or do i have toreplace the lot,
I assume i can still get a decent system using the old speakers,,
Any suggestions for a complete system ,
cost is not so important, looking to spend 4 or 5 grand in total including a 50 inch flat screen.
