Advice on interferences-if any??

Dear All,

I'm planning to wall mount my TV, and run the following cables in a conduit (inside the wall) from the Hi-fi rack to the TV.

The cables are :-

(1) HDMI x 2 cables

(2) Component Video x 1 cable

(3) Home Cinema Speaker Cable x 1

(4) Power Cable for TV.

Will it be okay- If I put all the cables in one conduit?? or will there be a interference of some kind??

I don't want to compromise of picture or sound quality.

I've always been advised to keep power cables away from speaker cables.

yep' i'd try and keep the power cable seperate if you can
