I take it you're not allowed flog your second-hand kit on here - but are people allowed post email addresses to make contact offline?

Correct.

to make contact offline?

If it's for the purposes of trading, no.

And given how quickly Google picks up on threads here, I wouldn't post my email address on these forums...!

Purely in terms of the number of posts made by a non-staffer...

"Senior civilian member" = you need [another] hobby.

Andrew - just for clarity (because that's what I crave in life), do you mean "trade" in its strict legal meaning (i.e. "in furtherance of a trade or business" meaning professional sellers) or the the more general "wanna buy my stuff"). If the latter is allowed, a "non-liability caveat emptor batteries not included the value of shares may rise as well as fall" classifieds sub-forum would be good.

Cheers. I think McDonald's could make me an offer I couldn't refuse at the moment, though the market has perked up unexplainedly over the last week - I might be changing channels.....

The avatar was a 'DACMafia' joke from last week, and I'm fairly sure it's stuffed..........
