Additions to PS3

Hi everyone, just turned on my PS3 and noticed that ITV Player and 4OD have now been added. Tested them both out and picture and sound are great.God I love my PS3!![Y]

Yup, came onboard last week apparently (see here). Haven't looked at it yet personally, but have heard it's just a week's worth of catchup for 4OD, unlike on the website where you can get access to a lot more? If so, hopefully the full 4OD service will come online soon, but as you say, still a welcome addition even in this form.

So why do we not get these services on Sky then. just out of curiosity?

I guess because they haven't done the necessary negotiations to have them added as one of their offerings.

just updated mine and now have rte player here in Ireland........ nice but useless!!!! ( our national broadcaster that is.............)
