Acram Solo Mini and Speakers

I am getting a new system soon. I am thinking of Solo Mini and Speakers. The speakers will be on stands most of the time, but I need to have the flexibility to put them of the shelf near the unit at times (eg if we have visitors) so the Mini seems a good bet. I was wondering about speakers. Would the B&W 685 be too good for this unit? Would I better saving £100 and going for the 686 which I've seen advertised together with the Solo Mini in a few places? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Personally I would go for the 685. Better speakers and the mini is a very good system.
