Hi!

I'd like to know where Roksan products are manufactured. Is it made in England or in Asia?

Well, I saw an Kandy amplifier "Made by Roksan South Korea" and I tought Roksan was 100% UK.

No idea and I don't care but what I can tell you is that the build quality is reassuringly good, something that was obvious when I had the K2 system for trial.

Many (most) manufacturers are going offshore for some of their products. Basically it comes down to hitting price points that consumers are demanding. If plants are set up correctly with proper quality controls in place the results can be remarkably good quality at affordable prices.

A lot of manufacturers will get majority of parts assembled in Asia and then do some basic soldering etc so they can legitimately claim 'Made in UK' etc

I disagree, my 4 month old Caspian Integrated amp - which was bough from new, is with Roksan at the moment for a repair and I have no idea when I'll get it back but have been told it could take up to another three weeks. For such an expensive piece of equipment I'm pretty disappointed that this has happened.

Roksan are manufactured in the UK. If your Roksan Kandy says anything other than "Made in England" at the back, you should contact them.
