Appeals to me far more than the overpriced, overtly retro Nait 50.

It is certainly an interesting one.
I don't see Naim shifting many of those Nait 50s as most Naim fanboys will be happy with the amps the currently own and, to me, doesn't have any attraction for anyone looking for a new amp when price-compatible equivalents are considered.
On the Naim Forum, the Nait 50 is very popular and enthusiastically received. Lots of members have stated that they have pre-ordered.

I think the limited edition of 1973 will soon sell out.
