6 ohms speakers with 8 ohms amp?

HI,

I'd like to pair the Jamo styilish speakers (6 Ohms) with one of the Sony A/V receivers (8 Ohms) but it seems that their impedance don't match.

Is it still possible to use them together?

What kind of problem can I expect?

Yes, will work fine. Impedance figures are only nominal on speakers, anyway, and the actual value will vary with frequency.
