looking to pay around £200, seen 3 set so far:
Onkyo SKSHT528 / TANNOY SFX5.1 / JAMO A102 HCS5

98% gaming and movies

amp is a onkyo 605, but I plan on moving that to the main room with some QA speakers.. so the amp used with the lifestyle speakers will be a cheaper 2nd hand one.. in the future

the look good, and the review sounds positve, but are they worth the extra £80 over the jamos and £100 over the tannoy sfx

Going into richer sounds on wednesday to demo the jamos, the CANTON MOVIE 80CX and the BOSTON SOUNDWARE XS so will let you know what i think, been trying to decide between them for about a month now, hopefully will have some new speakers after this demo and can stop boring everyone round me about it and just let them hear what all the fuss was about!

I had the Jamo's for some considerable time and after a falling out with the Jamo dealer in Northern Ireland I switched to the Soundwares. The difference is absolutely day and night and the soundwares continue to impress me on each listen. When I moved to them I set myself a £600 budget and they were easily the best speaker range within that budget costing me £330 I use them with a Denon 1910 amp and would highly recommend them

Dont think this will be too much help but anyway, when i sorted the demo out they didnt have any of the bostons in stock they said they would try and get a set from another store, it didnt happen. So i only had a demo of the jamos and the cantons and to be honest there wasnt much in it but me and a friend both thought the cantons had a little bit more detail. I probably should have waited a few more weeks and put the cantons up against the bostons but i was just sick of waiting to get sorted out as ive had the amp sitting there boxed for about six weeks and for all i know it could be faulty, (unlikely i Know) so i bought the cantons and am in the process of setting it up now.( Needed a break)
