Hi

have one of the hitatchi 42 ultra thin lcds. Can you advise me on whether I would be better off getting a sony 760 or due to size of tv a sony 360 would do just as well. I am just your ordinary guy who does not want to get bogged down with techno. Plug and play is all I want.

Thanks

Dominic

Ps would also value Clairs' opinion.

It shouldn't ultimately matter; the TV whether it's 32", 37", 42" or 50", all should have the same pixel resolution. There should be no real difference.

However, I will say, I have a 40" Samsung B650 and the Sony BDP-S360 and I think the quality looks absolutely fantastic.

Assuming you're just going to run the player through the TV, rather than use a complete surround system, I think the 360 will be more than adequate.

PS Sorry I'm not Clare, but she's probably on the M4 now on the way to Bristol for the show.

Thank you both for replying.

I use the Onkyo htx22hd 5.1 surround sound system.
