can anyone advise me as which receiver would be best for me i currently have a sony str dh800 and i have upgraded to 3d and im looking at the sony strdh810, the onkyo tx sr 608 and the denon avr 1911 but cannot make my mind up what do people recommend my other kit is samsung ue40c7000, samsung bdc5900 3d blu ray, sky+ hd,slim ps3 320gb xbox 360 250gb with kinect and kef 3005 eggs x5 as surrounds with bowers and wilkins dm602 s3 as fronts with bowers and wilkins asw675 subwoofer.

yes the eggs are the centre and the four surrounds and the 602 act as the fronts 7.1 and i have a budget of about £500
I would suggest checking out the onkyo 608 and the Yamaha 667... both of these scored 5 stars at £450 and both are now available for around £300, for this reason the sony 810 now looks poor value for money even though it's gone from £300 to £250 in a similar period.
I plumped for the Yamaha in the end, haven't had time to set it up for surround yet but it does sound suprisingly good in stereo and 2.1.... True about needing to turn it up a little though it is quite laid back at low volumes.
