3 amp fuse on a cd player?

I'm just cleaning all my connections and the plug for my CD63 KI only has a 3 amp fuse in it. Is this correct?

The player consumes 13 watts according to the service manual. The number of amps drawn should therefore be 13/240. A 3 amp fuse allows for up to 720 watts. A 3 amp fuse is more than adequate (note that the internal fuse which is what protects the player is 630 milliamps.)
