2xHDMI output slimline AV receiver

Probably a stupid question, but does anyone know of any slimline AV receivers with 2xHDMI outputs? I've struggled to find any when searching around...

I'm not aware of any good slimline AV receiver with dual HDMI outs. What about using an HDMI switch?

Yeah - I can do that if I have to, but I was thinking it'd be neater if I could get one built in.

One question with an HDMI switch (or a dual HDMI AV-receiver for that matter). My TV is 1080p but the projector is only 720p - can the AV receiver/switch configure the source to output in the appropriate resolution depending on which device is switched on?

Your projector should be capable of downscaling automatically. Which projector have you got?

Slimline AV receivers compromise on heat dissipation and wattage per channel. You can get better value for money with a standard size AV receiver.

It's a Panasonic PT-AX200E. It will definitely downscale from 1080p no problem, but I was thinking I might get slightly better results if the source outputs in 720p to begin with.

I guess in reality it won't be very obvious in practice!

The AV receiver isn't the source though. It'll be the blu ray player. In my experience, AV receivers are poor downscalers / upscalers. The Panasonic will do it brilliantly.
