£500 subwoofer reviews needed!

Does anybody know if there are going to be any forthcoming subwoofer reviews around this price range? Surely the B&w asw610 can be knocked from the podium that it appears to be welded to!It cant be that hard to make a sub that plays at reference level and extends down to 25Hz? I am looking to upgrade my jamo sub 650 as it isnt punchy enough. A perfect review would use the B&W 610 as reference against BK monolith,Mordaunt short Aviano 7,Tannoy TS1001,Kef Q400B,Velodyne CHT 8Q.I think there is enough there to make quite an appealing group test!

Totally agree, a ~£500 sub-woofer super test would be a great idea. I'm currently on the look out for a decent £500 sub to replace my aging Paradigm.

Mmmm...I like Rel....although saying that I think I am going to decomission mine because of purchasing a power amp and new cable. Dont seem to need it ?

Anyone want to buy a Rel Q200E ? :?
