I don't know if Pearl Lite has not to much dark (soft) sound for the new Silver 8 which are very smooth sounding speakers.

No, I did not demo it. Just Silver 8 with Audiolab 8200 combo and it sounds really fantastic. Comparing the sound to my actual system it was 3 class above. I am not so sure about K2 BT as I read here on the forum that K2 BT sounds not so clear ? At the moment it's complicated for me to demo K2...

I heard last week the new Silver 6 and Silver 8 from Monitor Audio. Wooow, what a difference . New Silver 8 is really really great speaker for the money. The sistem was from Audiolab 8200 CD + A.

I heard R100 with Marantz PM6004. It is a class above Bx2. Much more detail and really big bass from such small speakers. Naturally it cost much more than twice. Bx2 £250 ; R100 £600

Today I herad LS50 with Caspian M2. It was fantastic.

I heard Marantz PM6004 and Marantz CD 6004 with Q300. It is a really SUPERB match. At the same time smooth sound with Impressive details.

PM/CD 6004 combo sounds magnificent with KEF Q300. WHF recomend also Tannoy DC6T fllorstander for Marantz combo.

Try with Marantz PM 6004 ; 2 x 45 watt sms. Great match for your speakers

I heard the same sistem at one dealer and it wasn't at all bright sound. Try te PM with "direct" button. Should be better.
