My wife would not be impressed by roses, flowers or chocolates. She has always disliked cut flowers, would much rather see them growing in the garden and, Cadburys chocolate is now very poor quality, thanks to Mondolez.

EDIT: The Fin Carre chocolate in Lidl, is both cheaper and MUCH nicer.
Unfortunately all chocolate has gone downhill or up in price due to cost of cocoa beans..

My wife British citizen who came from Russia originally.
Not too hang up on Valentine's day, hard to believe we've been married for over 22 years, time flies.

She's definitely into International Women's Day on 8th March.
It is mandatory to shower her with roses, chocolates. Shame it's not really celebrated in the UK, we have Mothers Day. Hard on women who are not mothers!

Still, I need to sneak out today and get her lovely bunch of flowers and chocs from M&S! 😊
