Yamaha/Harman Kardon decision

I am new here and I was wondering if someone could help me to make a choice between two receivers? I was planning on buying a Harman Kardon AVR347 this week. I want to replace my old Yamaha RX-V450. Is it worth it and what about the 'sound' differences between the two brands? I'm really confused right now, because some people here say that Harman Kardon sounds warm en great with movies while other people think that Harman Kardon doesn't at all. The most of the time I will use the receiver for watching movies with DTS. I've got the Jamo S 606 theatre package.

A lot of people basicaly dont know Harman products. I've been on this path while searching for a 2.1 reciever. My Harman 3490 sounds great. Before You buy anything, try the new series from Harman- the 255 and 355. In my opinion the 255 is really good when it comes to value for money. The sound is not all taht warm- it's energetic but neutral.
