Would this improve my system?

Would a Rotel RB 1050 Power Amplifier improve my system. It would be connected to a rotel ra-04 amp and monitor audio rs1 speakers.

Yes, most certainly. Use it as the power amplifier for greatest effect, or alternatively, you could use it for the bass (as it has more power) in a bi-amping system.

The M/A RS1 speakers are good but they do benefit a lot from being bi-amped.

IMO though you'd be better off going for the RA-06 power amp if its in your budget.

Use the integrated amp to power the HF's and use the power amp to power the LF's.
