witch tv is best for picture quality

hi could somebody tell me witch of these tvs has the best picture quality the samsung le40c750 or the philips 40pfl9750h and is there quite a difference in quality between the two sets thanks need help asap

You could try looking at say.............. a Pana plasma screen... best for movies and sports 🙂
