Why are Panasonic the only ones with Freesat TVs

I am struggling to answer this question so can anyone help me. Obviously freesat tuners will one day be built into all tvs like freeview but why is Panasonic the only ones doing this. Have they bought the rights to the technology or is it because other manufacturers dont feel it worthwile yet.

Panasonic will soon be joined by LG as makers of Freesat TVs (click here for more info). And yes, others are taking the wait-and-see approach, it seems.
