which tv gives the best 3D effect on 2D pictures FAO whathifi experts

Hello

I want to know which brand of TV gives the best 3D effect on 2D picture as mostly i will be watching normal TV(and not 3D).

Also what is the smallest screen size tv shall i buy for getting the best 3D effect on 2D picture.

In latest issue of what hifi they have mention 40inch samsung for this feature.Is this the best or some other brand betterfor it. Will 32 inch tv will give the same effect or has to be 40inch

Why would you want to artifically process 2D pictures to give a "3D" effect is beyond me.
