which surround ?

i'm interested in either of the 2 for blu ray surround

Sony BDV-E370 5.1 Channel Surround Sound / 3D Ready / Blu-ray Home Cinema System

or

Onkyo HTX-22HDX Compact 2.1 Home Cinema System with Onkyo SKS-22X additional Speaker Package

i already have the s370 hooked up to my main tv and have a stereo setup ... plus also have a blu ray player in my pc .. all connected up to the same tv

my choice will be going down gf house as i'm missign some my films lol . i do have a few sacd discs but dotn mind just listening in stereo so thats not an issue .... but which one of the 2 will sound best for surround ??
