CM9 is way too big for your bedroom. FPM or Montior Audio Apex speakers are ideal.

Nope, definitely saving at the moment - just sold my iPhone 6s too as it wasn't any better than my iPhone 4s to me. I think the Yamaha is a good choice. I have heard a Yamaha before and really liked it, and I will keep my Pioneer sc-lx81 too, but am going to wait for a bargain, and then look at next years models too.

the CM9s are much better speakers, but would probably be too big for your room.
