Which setting?

I'm using my so bluray to decode using multi channel outputs as my receiver is a few years old. Now do I set my receiver to dolby digital as the discs are truehd or do I set it to direcct as the bluray is doing the decoding?

Just set it to EXT IN. Sounds louder now, so I guess the Sony is doing all the work now
