which receiver to pick for flac playback

Hi

I am after a receiver which will
1. play flac from USB drive
2. be accessible from a phone/tablet for remote control functions
3. not cost too much

I am currently using an old Panasonic Bluray player which plays flac and displays tracks on TV.
This works but it is a very clumsy method. It only offers next/previous and random/repeat and it is so very slow at switching folders...
