Which Plasma?

Hi,

So there i am just about to buy my PANNY TH37PX80 when i notice that there is a cracking looking SAMSUNG PS42A457P1DXXU for around the same price, So the obvious question is WHICH 1 do i buy. Has anybody any recommendations?

I have a Samsung 50"" Plaz after upgrading from a older Panasonic 42"" non-HD Plaz and am very happy with the Samsung. My advice would be to have a proper look at both sets running both SD and HD content and see which You prefer the look of making sure that neither set is in DYNAMIC mode as this looks awfull!

It is IMHO always nicer to have the 42"" over a 37"" but not if You are not happy with the picture on the Samsung over the Panasonic, ultimatly the decision lies with You and there will Be some on here saying Panasonic over Samsung every day of the week but I believe that Samsung now make a very good Plasma for a very reasonible price.

Agree with Krime - have a look for yourself. But don't forget you can get the Panasonic 42inch 42PX80 for only £30 more than the 37PX80. It's probably better to compare that set to the Samsung.
