Which budget level receiver?

I am looking for a budget receiver for 5.1 with a minimum of 2 optical ins and HDMI switching. These are my current options (budget around £250).

YAMAHA RXV363, ONKYO HTR518, SONY STRDA1200ES or ONKYO TX-SR506

Firstly, is the Yamaha any good ( I have seen it for £150). Secondly, what is the difference between the two Onkyo offerings. I know one is 5.1 and the other is 7.1 but is the audio quality the same?

Any help would be much appreciated? Also interested in the QAcoustics speakers 1010 (£299). Which receiver will suit these best? Will they all do well with this speaker set?

I'm tempted to buy the Yamaha RXV363 but cannot find a review anywhere. I regularly buy the magazine but by your own admission you haven't reviewed a Yamaha receiver in a while (until this month).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
