Which AV Amp Yamaha RX-V 1065 or Denon AVR-2310

I would like to ask the experts, i have Kef KHT 3005se speakers a sony KDL40w4500 tv, Cambridge audio azur 640c CD player and i want to buy a Av amp to match, i would like to listen both to music and surround sound TV/Movies should i go for the Yamaha RX-V1065 @£508 or a Denon AVR=2310 @ £685

Just my personal opinion but i would go for the denon as i believe they sound better with music, i saw a brand new 2310 (with 12 month warranty) sell for £480 on ebay a couple of weeks ago.
