i think i might subscribe.ive always enjoyed picking it up in the shop(not much happens in my life)but i couldnt get an awards copy any ware,thay were all sold out i managed to get one from a small newsagent in the end slightly damp and a little torn

Haymarket emailed me about two weeks ago, saying that there might be a delay due to the pesky post.

Received mine this morning. It's an interesting read, although a little surprised that WHFI have recommended certain brands (trying not to let the cat out of the bag!).
If it's the brand I think you're referring to, you may note that as well as a five-star review, it also gets a two-star review in the same issue (and a four-star).

I was referring to the Group Test. Given which brand won and the amp/CD combo you've recommended, I'm just tad surprised. I've heard from the retailers on the forum say the new version of (cough cough**) is bit more neutral than the oldie, although didn't realize the difference is so big.

Going back on topic....our local Tesco had the new issue in stock this morning, a day early - so many shops may be stocking it from today. And you can see the cover of the new issue on top right of this very website.
