What to buy with the naim cd5i (italic)

Ok then, it basically said in the subject name what i need advice on. I love the naim cd5i cd player and i would like all of your advice on what speakers to go with them; i already have an amplifier for it not brilliant not even specific to hi-fi as its a Yamaha integrated home cinema amp...BUT either way i love the naim cd5i. ok fine i have a £1500-£2200 budget on a cd player and pair of speakers and if i have enough maybe even have some left over for some other treats. But i would LIKE... to get my hands on the naim cd5i and play around with it some how...so...advice, advice please people/person. Another thing i will mention, big thing really... its aimed to be bought in 2years time as i get the big $$$ then, so even if someone out there can tell me what the cd5i's price will be in 2 years time ill be happy as well. And im only 18 so not lots of experience when it comes to this thing, so no "flaming" me please.

The CD5i really will be wasted through that amp, and I've really no idea what the price of a CD5i will be in two years' time. Naim tends to announce modest price increases every April, so I guess the player might have increased by about 10% or so by 2010.

are you not jumping the gun a bit, all this talk of new kit and your not gonna be buying it for 2 years. Prices, ranges, technologies could change massively in 2 years as could your needs. You dont mention room size, what type of speakers you want, how important surround sound is to you.

Have you even listened to the naim cd5i
