What to Buy and When are they released

I currently have about £2000 burning a hole in my pocket for a new 50" ish TV. I have been looking at the Panasonic Viera TH-50PZ700, the Samsung LE-52M87BD and the Sharp Aquos LC-52XL1E . I then read that they are all bringing out new models. A new Viera (or is this the latest) the LE52F96BDX and Sharp the 52XL2E.

My question is which out of the 6 should i test drive or are there any better alternatives at this price. Also where can i get release dates for the products as i have had no luck on the manufacturers web sites

If you wait another 12 months they will be bringing out more new models too

PS: The Samsung LE-52M87BD is lovely......but it's huge!

I bought the Panny at about £1800 incl stand and still think its amazing value for money - had been hanging off, driving the missus mad for the last 8 months and changed my mind about 6 times after each new model comes out.

Basically, get your short list, demo them all and BUY NOW or you never will !

Theres always something better just around the corner in this game
