what speakers to buy ??

Hi guys looking on buying a new pair of speakers, at the moment I got a rotel ra-930x amp marantz cd-48 with a set of wharfedale modus three. Bit dated now I know but looking for a slightly more modern and smaller speaker. My budget is 300 max . I have been thinking about the monitor audio bx2 ? Or I've seen pair of b&w 601 cheaper, really need advice thanks!

The B&W's will go very well with the Rotel and will be easy to sell on if you upgrade or do not like them. That would be my chice. The Dali Zensor 2 or 3 would be on my list as well.
