Not sure why it has to be standmount speakers if you cannot afford the stands to put them on....
However both of those you mentioned should work well.
I am placing them on a flat furniture with similar height than the standers, with the Technics unit in the middle

I recommend floorstanders as you said in a previous response you said you had space for them. It now appears you are looking for bookshelf/standmounts.

Therefore I will revise my recommendation: Triangle Borea - BR03. They are less expensive than the floorstanders so within budget. They still fit your room size. Made in France and widely available all over Europe. You can return and get money back within 30 days so can try them out without risk.

I am getting a discount for a complete system with Technics SA C600 and Technics SL 1500 turntable. The speakers would have to be Q5020, 3030i, Whaferdale Diamond 12.1 or 12.2, Whaferdale Evo 4.1 or 4.2

Those are my 6 options. The guy fron the shop is telling me 5020 is the best option, but I see mixed reviews. The 5020 and the Evos would increase the price of the package. I dont know if is worth it

It's nice that you've got the chance of a discounted package price.
What bothers me is where you say, 'the speakers would have to be'......

Speakers make a massive difference to the sound (most people will tell you they have the greatest overall influence).
Have you actually heard any of the speakers you'll be forced into taking?)

Far better to choose speakers that really suit the amp and your room and, above all, your taste....even if that means you have to forgo a package price.

I think I am missing something.

Are the deals you mention as all available from the same store? If so, why can you only test one brand.

You said the Evo pushes the price up, I take it you meen over your budget, and not that all the others come in the same package price. I don't think you have mentioned where you are. Below is (according to a quick Google) a list of the price of the speakers you have listed.

Q3030i £250
Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 £250
Wharfedale Diamond 12.2 £300
Q5020 £480
Dali Oberon 3 £500
Whaferdale Evo 4.2 £650

All speakers (all equipment) is a compromise, nothing is perfect. Having said that, the speakers that best fit the description of your room size and speaker placement are the Evo 4.2. All the others probably need more room at the rear than you are able to give them. That isn't to say they are the speakers for you. Tonelly they may not be to your taste.

You started by asking for speakers to match your chossen amp. Providing the specs work, it's more important to pick one to match your room and your ears.
